• Project managing of multidisciplined HW Platform Projects (mechanics, electronics, and electroacoustics)
• Scope management, time management, risk management, quality management, resource management and financial/budget management of projects
• Leading engaged, diverse and multidisciplined HW Platform Project Teams - consisting of experts from different areas
• Facilitate collaboration in a multifaceted stakeholder setting for project-related activities. Overall responsible of project delivery and medical compliance
• Participate actively and regularly in initiatives improving strategies, processes, and ways of working in our project team
• Playing an active role in our transition towards an agile way of working
