Senior Project Manager (Retail Construction)
Job Title: Senior Project Manager or Project Manager (Hiring for both)
Job Location: Montreal, QC
Salary: $120k-$190k
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience on projects related to Commercial (preferably Retail)
Based in Montreal, QC, we are a well established Design/Build General Contractor. We have been in business for over 20 years and have over 150 employees. We are primarily focused in commercial/Retail projects.
We have continued to experience consistant growth and we are currently hiring for experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the project(s) and ensure successful completion including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review and approve project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
