  • Senior Project Manager RN \Remote

    Provides expert clinical project management leadership for the Quality Management and Medical Staff Services for the covered ministries under the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) using various methods to identify and implement innovative, breakthrough strategies across institutional and functional boundaries that result in significant and documented improvement in health care and service delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License Or
  • Upon hire: State Registered Nurse Compact License
  • 5 years experience in project management, healthcare administration or clinical field.
  • 5 years Acute care experience
  • 5 years Progressive management experience
  • Experience incorporating process improvement methodologies into larger scale projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects with various time frames and requirements
  • Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management Principles
  • Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities
  • Demonstrated experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, employees and all levels of leadership across the Oregon Region

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree Or enrolled in a Masters level program
