• Understanding of telephony solutions, particularly in terms of resiliency and availability
• Excellent coordination skills for managing resources and parallel projects

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our client’s Triple Zero (000) Telephony Refresh Project. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with the telecommunications market, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transition to the new solution. You will be instrumental in producing project artefacts, coordinating resources, maintaining project registers, schedules and budgets/cost models. Your commitment to delivering high-quality results will contribute significantly to this critical initiative.
Contribute to the publishing of specifications and subsequent evaluation of market offers for solutions
Engage with current Service Providers to ensure integration between existing and new solutions
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders on user acceptance testing and transition planning
Conduct transition to the new solution while ensuring an effective support model in place
Coordinate with parallel projects and activities that have inter-dependencies
Plan and manage project delivery in accordance with PRINCE2 delivery methodology
