We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to join our dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager - SCCM will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale SCCM projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in SCCM to ensure successful project delivery that meets client requirements and company standards.Key

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SCCM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide expert guidance on SCCM architecture, design, deployment, and management.
  • Oversee the implementation and configuration of SCCM infrastructure, ensuring best practices and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SCCM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Mentor and lead a team of SCCM engineers and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on SCCM projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and security principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of other System Center products like SCOM (System Center Operations Manager).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
