Note: This role has an expectation of 3 days in the office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software including Jira & Confluence.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

EDUCATION

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or better in Project Management or related field
• Bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration or related field

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, vendors, and partners, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.
• Manage project resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing requirements, and task assignments, to optimize productivity and achieve project milestones.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations as needed.
• Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and impact assessment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness
