About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed team that will focus on an exciting program of work.
As the Senior Project Manager - Store Delivery Program, you will take on a key role for a piece of transformational work across Supply Chain. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of a detailed and integrated schedule for program delivery. Including overseeing the day-to-day delivery across multiple streams which make up the program.
You will ensure teams remain focused on clear and integrated delivery plans, aligning agile delivery of status, milestones, sprint planning, fast issue management, escalation, and the ability to identify and highlight key dependencies and risks.

What’s involved:

  • Develop the schedule for project delivery in collaboration with relevant key stakeholders and a number of cross functional teams
  • Maintain consistent reporting and engagement with senior stakeholders and executives on the Program, communicating changes, managing expectations and priorities, and reporting on success and ROI
  • Implement and work with hybrid project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall); drive, participate and be active in ceremonies, including stand-ups, retros, sprint goals and planning
  • Generate value from Program, including customer centricity and providing input on sustainability and feasibility
  • Lead team culture of the Program fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement and challenging the status quo

Who we’re looking for
You will bring significant experience working across large and complex transformational programs of work, ideally across facets of supply chain, merchandise or supplier. You will have an ability to quickly understand business needs and develop and execute strategy.
Having worked in senior project role previously, you will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the business, leveraging your influencing skills and abilities to build trusted partnerships.

You’ll need:

  • Significant demonstrated experience in a leadership role of project management and program delivery
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex and companywide projects, with a number of interdependent programs and projects
  • Strong demonstrated agile and waterfall project management experience
  • Ability to work in and understand complex business environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related or business discipline preferred
  • Industry qualifications are highly desired across either Agile Methodologies or PMI
