We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our motivated team and enable high-impact strategic initiatives of the Group Risk Strategy.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have an important role in enabling the progress of complex initiatives within the Group Risk Management Strategy. This involves partnering with key stakeholders in the Risk & Compliance Tribe and Group Risk Management and supporting the agile development of solutions. Your primary responsibility will be supporting various complex strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and delivery of anticipated outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders, e.g., in the Risk & Compliance Tribe to enable, challenge and support the progress of complex strategic initiatives within Group Risk Management.
- Work closely with executive sponsors, the Risk & Compliance Tribe, the strategy functions, and various stakeholders across Group Risk Management to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Develop and refine strategic roadmaps, set clear targets, milestones, and OKRs to track progress and measure outcomes.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive strategies to address issues and roadblocks.
- Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging new solutions and continuous improvement to enable the success of strategic initiatives.
- Establish effective formal and informal communication channels to provide regular updates on progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Empower strategic initiative owners by providing them with training in project management concepts, tools, and frameworks, contributing to the wider knowledge base and capability of the organisation.
