THE ROLE

At Stryker, we’re transforming healthcare, and we want you to be a part of it. As Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Operations Excellence team, overseeing the planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring post-project evaluations, stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and adherence to best practice project management methodologies.
This Senior Project Manager will support our Operations Business Unit with an array of business critical and impactful initiatives. This role will partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Inventory, Finance, Distribution, Warehousing, Quality and Technical Operations. The types of projects focus on business partnering to find solutions to cost and time saving.
The successful Project Manager will be someone who has played a pivotal role in Change Management and Business Transformation. We are not looking for an IT Project Manager who has managed software or cloud based development and implementation.
