We are currently looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers within the following areas:

  • Road infrastructure: Responsible for designing and implementing new roads, intersections and more in order to ensure accessibility to our Danish sites.
  • Parking house: Guarantee the construction of ample parking capacity for our future employees by leading parking garage projects, maintaining the current parking facility standard as well as implementing it across both new and existing sites.
  • Office expansion: Lead a major transformation from worn-out offices to a modern facility in line with our high standards. This will entail everything from HVAC and security to interior surfaces and design.
  • Conference sites: Work on our conference buildings, which includes a range of structures, from impressive historic buildings, demanding extensive expertise in restoration/renovation, to more modern buildings. With the properties in operation, the complexity is heightened due to limited possibilities for shorter shutdowns. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of construction regulations.
  • Interior design: Contribute to maintaining a modern and flexible appearance in line with our office design standards as well as aiding in their development and staying updated on current trends in office design and furniture.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Preferably a master’s degree in engineering or similar education.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Solid know-how in driving infrastructure projects as well as broad knowledge of the engineering landscape within facility management and the newest trends within this field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to utilise when taking projects through execution and handover.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish.

Furthermore, we expect that you are able to handle most situations independently, receiving minimal guidance, but will seek advice and guidance on more complex issues. You should be able to set directions and deliver results in own role which has a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
On a personal level, you are very trustworthy, a team player and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc. We expect you to have excellent planning skills, ability to work in a structured manner with an agile and proactive mind-set and be capable of handling a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Mature projects from idea to final design to execution and handover.
  • Management of external consultants within technique, construction, and technical disciplines.
  • Execution of projects within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Commissioning of the projects, as well as successful handover to operations.
  • Being the go-to person in terms of smoothly moving from project to operation and ensuring that the implemented solutions can be operated
