Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Senior Project Manager for Vulnerability Management and CMDB Remediation projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving critical initiatives aimed at fortifying our organization’s cybersecurity posture. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale and intricate projects focused on vulnerability management, patching, and CMDB remediation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead the delivery of CMDB remediation project as a sub-stream of the Vulnerability Management project.
  • Establish a new CMDB with clear ownership of support and maintenance.
  • Implement whole company asset discovery tools and discovery processes.
  • Deliver CMDB maintenance processes crucial for the success of the Vulnerability Management project.
  • Conduct project planning and tracking activities.
  • Coordinate shared resource planning across stakeholder teams.
  • Oversee dedicated Change Manager responsibilities.
  • Manage a partial allocation of a Business Analyst.
  • Provide project status reporting, risk/issue identification, and escalation management.
  • Lead the management of Steering Committee and project governance.
  • Report project status, risk, and issue management to the Cybersecurity Program Manager.
  • Oversee project finances and budget allocation.
  • Influence stakeholders on the high priority of the project.
