  Lead and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex policy projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving project outcomes and supporting objectives set by our State Government Client.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Undertake research and analysis of complex policy matters to identify issues, develop evidence-based options, and formulate recommendations about proposed initiatives.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on policy development and implementation to identify issues and ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.
• Manage, plan and implement projects, including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring budgets to ensure successful project milestones are met.
• Work independently and in project teams across multiple projects and priorities while keeping the leadership team appropriately informed, to deliver high quality work on time.
• Prepare a range of written materials for diverse audiences, including status updates, reports, budgets, briefing notes, correspondence and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
• Progress procurement and management of consultants on discreet matters as part of policy considerations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate their contribution to the development of policy solutions and inform policy decision making.
