• Collaborate with site managers to ensure smooth daily operations. Develop plans to streamline processes and create a safe environment for all building occupants.
• Manage maintenance activities, including coordination with contractors and vendors. Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implement emergency response plans and ensure preparedness for crisis situations.
• Monitor and process contract fees, invoices, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants. Address their needs and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Use digital applications to assist tenants with building-related tasks. Provide support for technology-based systems, such as parking, air-conditioning, and building access.
