Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a fast growing a multi office, high performing agency and take over a small, well-managed and well-maintained portfolio of 140 properties. With the support of a fantastic BDM who does ALL leasing, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with both Landlords and Tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Completion on ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
