You will be managing an established and well-maintained portfolio of 205 properties with leasing support, using Property Tree and Inspection Express. Your day-to-day might look something like this:

• Managing a portfolio of approx.205 properties with a help of leasing consultant
• Liaising between landlords, tenants and trades
• Conducting market reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
• Managing arrears
• Actioning maintenance
• NCAT prep/attendance as required
• Positive team environment
• Amazing support and unbeatable training to continue career development

ABOUT YOU!

We are looking for an individual who is able to provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ideally 5 + years experience managing a busy portfolio. You must have a reliable vehicle, drivers license and current certification/licence!
In return you will have the opportunity to work with a successful agency who will give you all you need to grow in your Property Management career, within a fun and vibrant environment and you will receive a generous salary of up to $110k package depending on your experience.
