    We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Property Officer As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely real estate services to our valued customers, both internally and externally.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/COMPETENCIES:

  • Deliver high-quality, consistent, and timely real estate services (sale and purchase of property) to customers.
  • Coordinate customer real estate matters by collaborating with customers, beneficiaries, stakeholders, colleagues, and external service providers.
  • Provide support, guidance, and advice on real estate matters, working closely with internal departments as needed.
  • Handle challenging and difficult customers and stakeholders with sensitivity, discretion, and professionalism, particularly during emotionally stressful periods.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable with a tenacious attitude.
  • Property sales experience and knowledge of the conveyancing process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Previous experience in property sales and conveyancing preferred.
  • Real estate license or certification desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property sales through the online management system.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, panel solicitors, customers, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
  • Obtain quotes and arrange clearance of property contents.
  • Manage repairs for customer properties before sale.
  • Perform administrative duties as required.
