Description:

  • 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day
    About the Role
    Our client are a well known state government office who provide a range of multidisciplinary services including Will-Making, trustee & financial management, and guardianship services. They write 13,000 estate planning documents each year, support over 47,000 customers annually. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Property Officer in sales to work within their team in Parramatta on a short term contract.
    Candidates for this positon must have experience in Property sales in the residential or Commercial space.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Deliver high quality, consistent and timely real estate services (sale and purchase of property) to customers, both internally and externally, including taking responsibility for high volume and complex transactions, consistent with NSWTG’s customer experience statement.
  • Ensure a coordinated approach to customer real estate matters by working closely with customers, beneficiaries, stakeholders, colleagues, and external service providers such as Real Estate Agents, Solicitors and Strata Managers.
  • Provide support, guidance and advice on real estate matters whilst working closely with internal departments as required.
  • Dealing with challenging and difficult customers and stakeholders that may be very emotional and stressed during a difficult period of their life and who may have unrealistic expectations and timelines
  • Maintaining sensitivity, discretion and a professional manner in handling difficult enquiries and issues.
  • Managing repairs for customer properties prior to sale
  • Obtaining quotes and arranging clearance of contents
  • Other Administrative duties as required

The role will require the successful candidate to work on site in Parramatta 5 days per week. There is no hybrid flexibility.
About You
You will be an experienced Property Sales Officer with proven experience and reliability in previous positions.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable with a tenacious attitude
  • Property sales experience and a knowledge of the conveyancing process
