QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in proprietary trading, with a focus on intraday power markets.
• Deep understanding of power markets, including supply-demand dynamics, market fundamentals, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record of generating consistent profits and outperforming benchmarks in proprietary trading.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and programming (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with proprietary trading platforms, market data feeds, and execution algorithms.
• Excellent decision-making skills, ability to perform under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
