Senior Purchase Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchase and Raw Material Purchasing.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Science/Chemistry.
• Age criteria: Between 30 – 45 years.
• Proficient in MS Office/SAP.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure will be considered an asset.
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
• Extensive knowledge of the market, mass balance competitors, and raw materials (PP, PE, PET, LLDP, Titanium, Calcium, pigments, additives, fragrances, etc.).

• Source cost-effective mass balance raw materials.
• Inquire about new raw materials for development and explore alternative materials and suppliers.
• Review new sales orders, list raw material requirements, and coordinate related supplies for production.
• Monitor stock reports of raw materials and production supplies.
• Conduct price comparisons.
• Update sales and production departments on the expected arrival dates of all materials.
• Submit material receiving notes with relevant documents to the accounting department.
• Review and prepare a plan for raw material purchases, including arrival dates.
• Establish optimum stock levels and monitor raw materials.
• Prepare quarterly reports on slow-moving and non-moving products.
• Update raw material costing in SAP.
