Elevate your career in Pursuits Management and learn from the best in the business! We’re seeking a driven individual to join our National Sales Office, as a Senior Pursuits Coordinator. We are open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra or Perth and offer excellent WFH flexibility.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Pursuits Coordinator in Deloitte’s National Sales Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding bid processes from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with our Pursuit Managers, Sales Coaches and delivery teams to deliver exceptional responses to client needs. You’ll drive the development of high-quality submissions that meet client requirements and adhere to Deloitte’s guidelines.
From managing key pursuit deliverables and timelines to overseeing team activities, your meticulous attention to detail ensures that submissions are not only on time but also of the highest quality. You’ll actively participate in meetings, workshops, and analysis sessions, contributing to the refinement of win themes and the development of competitive strategies. You will engage with stakeholders across the firm, tapping into a wealth of resources from various service lines, business analysts, and industry specialists to add significant value to our bids.

You’re an excellent team player who is passionate about building your career in a pursuits team. You love building quality relationships with your stakeholders, and love to deliver high quality work that’s built to impress.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
2 – 4 years of relevant experience in bid/pursuits management support, ideally within a Professional Services environment
Exposure to sales teams, proposals, and pursuits, with a passion for sales effectiveness
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills for all levels, including an ability to confidently communicate with senior leaders
Strong project management skills, particularly in bid management and proposal development
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with experience in document development and formatting
Excellent written & verbal language and grammar skills
