Description:
Our Delta Technology team is looking for a Senior Python Developer to help and support one of our clients, a major player within the Financial services industry.
The Senior Python Developer will have the following responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and high-performance Python applications
- Participate in requirements analysis and the definition of technical specifications
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
- Optimize application performance and solve complex technical problems
- Write and maintain technical documentation for projects
- Participate in the setup and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
- Provide technical support and maintenance for applications in production
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and project management teams to ensure project success
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 6 years of experience in Python development.
- Degree in Computer Science or engineering or a related field
- Proficiency with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively
- English, French speaking, other languages are considered as an advantage
