We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Developer (Backend) to join our globally operating team. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions, we require a dedicated professional to enhance our testing frameworks and drive excellence across our product releases.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing libraries, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality releases and customer satisfaction.
• Improve existing integration and API tests and develop new ones using Java.
• Integrate automated tests and tools into CI/CD processes by developing QA pipelines and quality gates.
• Expand and maintain the automated testing infrastructure.
• Continuously refine QA processes and tooling, aligning improvements with business objectives.
• Make technical decisions to optimize automation strategies and best practices throughout the QA team.
• Conduct peer reviews and enforce coding and testing standards to maintain high-quality automation.
• Mentor team members in testing tools and automation, serving as an expert in automation best practices.
