Description:
SALARY - UP TO £39,000 DOE
ISQ Recruitment is seeking a Senior QA on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based in Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a worldwide multinational company with a production facility in Norfolk within FMCG sector, but not food.
This role is ideal for a wide range of professionals including Quality Assurance Assistants, Quality Control Technicians, Technical Administrators, Technical Coordinators looking for a step up in their career or Quality Engineers/Managers seeking a new challenge.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main role is to support quality team in achieving adherence to the quality standards according to legislation and procedures, by:
- developing and reviewing quality documents and policies,
- participating in internal audits,
- providing training and support to the production team,
- investigating root cause analysis,
- dealing with customers and customer documentation,
- support external audits.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG or food sectors.
Experience with BRC audits and internal auditing is a must.
Additional qualifications such as HACCP, IOSH, Six Sigma Green Belt, or knowledge of ISO standards will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm, some flexibility required.
