  • Responsibilities. Prepare automation test strategies and test plans as well as automate Application Packaging and Testing for Windows and MAC. Perform analysis, automation test script design, execution, data setup and defect creation in a multi-tier windows environment. Build automation framework from scratch for REST API Automation and UI automation. Responsible for Performance Testing of iBoss Application using LoadRunner. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in each release, and subsequently, deliver results in test execution, defect management, and implementation in agile environment. Collaborate with ADP development team, business partners, and management regarding QA testing issues. Work in a highly dynamic agile environment and participate in scrum and sprint meetings to review change orders and package deliverable source code. Interact with technology teams on day-to-day basis to automate advanced workflows and test scenarios with Microsoft device management and related technologies, including SCCM, Intune, and JAMF. Participate in automation testing, functional automation framework and developing test plans. Participate in tracking each and every project task on regular basis and defect management/tracking. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Provide Knowledge Transition to QA Team members for ADP specific automation tools. Review team deliverables and provide technical guidance to the team.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study and six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master’s degree and four (4) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: Performing impact analysis; Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); QA testing processes; Defect submission; Agile methodology; HP ALM; HP UFT (Unified Functional Testing Tool); Java, Cucumber, Sikuli; Jenkins (Continues Integration Tool); Java Scripting; QA Software Package Testing; Automation Testing, Performance Testing; Selenium; WinAppDriver; REST API automation; UI automation; and Windows and Mac automation.
