We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure outstanding quality across our API infrastructure and the zillions of health data points it processes every day. You love validating and breaking features, exhibiting high confidence in defining both positive and negative test cases along the way. Ideally, you possess a comprehensive understanding of API-driven systems, quality automation and can think beyond to identify and cover associated risks with it.

• Quality Assurance: Develop and define test cases that both validate and break features to ensure robust product quality.
• Project Leadership: Take full responsibility for quality control of large-scale projects, including the creation and maintenance of documentation, delegating tasks, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Actively document new processes and share insights with the team to maintain transparency.
• Expertise Sharing: Utilise specialised knowledge to create learning materials and mentor others, continuously raising concerns and suggestions for improvements during the design process.
• Process Design: Lead in designing processes and setting standards within the QA domain, translating improvements into strategic milestones and a clear roadmap.
• Skill Gap Analysis: Analyze and identify knowledge or skill gaps within the team and devise strategies to address these challenges.
