  We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/x) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance to our customers on implementing, improving their quality assurance strategy in order to drive their business.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the performance and functionality of backend services.
• Develop test plans and cases covering both manual and automated approaches
• Analyse requirements and software designs
• Utilise Python/Robot Framework to design and implement new automated test cases.
• Improve existing automation suite: Enhance the current backend automation suite while also introducing new automated test cases using Python.
• Report and resolve defects
• Collaborate with the team to address and resolve these issues promptly.
• Contribute in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with Development: Work closely with the development team to integrate automation solutions into a CI/CD pipeline. This collaboration aims to streamline release cycles and minimise errors through automation.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies
• Manual testing expertise
• Familiarity with SAP services testing
• Competence in backend automation testing
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins and Github
• Knowledge of GCP services
• Understanding of Relational and Non-Relational databases
• Strong ability to communicate ideas and findings effectively, both in written and verbal forms.
• Mobility, willingness to travel and very good English and German skills
