Senior Quality Assurance Analyst On behalf of our client in the Automotive Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Job Description

• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders & BSAs to develop effective test strategies and plans
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product function according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Defect triaging and reporting
• Help troubleshoot defects
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Review and analyze system specifications

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Mandatory Skills

• 5-7 years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Ability to identify, document and report errors
• Working knowledge of test management tools such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Preferred Skills

• Professional certification like ISTQB Test Analyst or above is a plus
• Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile methodologies and regression testing is a plus
• Experience in financial services an asset
