Description:
About the role
The Product Group Quality Manager is responsible to enable our growth by supporting all quality aspects involved. You will ensure flawless execution of qualification programs for new product introductions and will lead a group of Product Quality Engineers for the Small Signal MOSFETs development.
What you will do
- Drive quality performance to meet customer / market requirements, meeting Zero Defect expectations.
- Lead the business impact arising from quality issues & complaints, ensuring strong technical risk assessment and effective corrective actions
- Ensure customer quality communications balance quality needs, supply constraints and financial impact.
- Improve procedures and add new methods to reduce systemic issues.
- Lead & build a high performance team
What you will need
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, material science, physics or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar quality position
- Background in electronics, with knowledge of semiconductor technologies, manufacturing and reliability
- Experience in semiconductor qualification processes for all market segments, ranging from consumer to automotive
- High engagement on achieving targets and objectives of the position
- Pragmatic and solution-driven leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
- High energy and drive with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Advanced German & English language skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness for domestic and international travel
