Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Spearhead major projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Strategic Cost Management: Provide expert advice on all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost planning, value engineering, risk management, and procurement to maximise project value and efficiency.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring their utmost satisfaction with our services.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in our practices and processes, contributing to the company’s growth and reputation in the industry.
