EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We’re looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors who are up for something different, to join a successful, diverse and highly engaged team within our Capital Commercial team.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

• The ability to define and execute procurement strategies
• Administer and review tender processes
• You will be able to analyse cost and program submissions
• Lead negotiation plans with our supply chain and develop and agree on contract terms and conditions
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and expectation management
• Administer executed contracts, including payment applications, risk management, and dispute resolution
• Review and approve final accounts
• Ensure auditable compliance with commercial governance processes

Additional areas for potential leadership within the function:

• Management of Framework Documents, Works Orders, Services Orders, Secondment Agreements, e-Sourcing, and SAP
• Monthly reporting and savings tracking
• Management of supply chain partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders

WITHIN OUR CAPITAL COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR TO JOIN OUR WASTE TREATMENT TEAM. THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED FROM ANY OF OUR CAPITAL HUBS, SHREWSBURY, DERBY OR COVENTRY.
