Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take charge of multiple assignments, ensuring their smooth progression and delivering comprehensive reports upon completion.
- Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from kick-off calls to providing updates on report status and delivering final reports, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services.
- Dive deep into market research using our advanced housing/economic databases, scouring public records, liaising with third-party vendors, and conducting interviews with local sales/leasing agents to gather crucial insights.
- Analyze metro-level research and forecasts within the context of specific consulting projects, extracting valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Skillfully identify and articulate relevant market trends in written reports, supported by robust evidence and compelling conclusions.
- Take charge of coordinating the entire report production process and workflow, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
- Provide valuable assistance in project management, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing of consulting engagements, contributing to their success and seamless execution.
While the job is remote, you must live and work in the Atlanta, GA Market.
