This exciting venture sees Korn Ferry support talent acquisition for all permanent and fixed-term recruitment in specialist and volume hiring at Westpac across Australia. With teams specialised in retail, lending, customer care, business banking, institutional banking, risk, strategy, technology, and corporate recruitment portfolios, we have incredibly talented people supporting this new partnership. This Talent Acquisition solution has teams located at Westpac’s state-of the-art office in central Sydney and a purpose-built shared services support function in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
EXPERIENCE
With a demonstrated background in professional recruitment, ideally within banking, you’ll create an immediate impact with your hiring managers, take accountability and understand that stakeholder engagement is the key to a successful recruitment solution.
You will demonstrate strong capability in managing stakeholders, taking initiative and lateral thinking. Your strong consultative nature will make you shine in this role. Resilience and the ability to deal with ambiguity will enhance the opportunity to forge strong relationships.
