About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for a maternity cover (fix-term contract), to continuously grow our Krakow office and support global expansion recruitment efforts. This is a hybrid position from our Krakow office.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will directly affect our growth and success by identifying, assessing, and closing top talent. You will work with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the talent needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate empathy, equity and inclusion, efficient processes, and building Remitly’s brand as an employer of choice. You Will:

  • Work with global leadership (incl. Seattle, London and Cork) to support recruiting for Krakow and international offices managing both technical and non-technical searches.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles including sourcing candidates, interviews, leading debriefs and salary negotiations.
  • Work with hiring teams to build sourcing strategies and implement workforce plans.
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with current thinking in recruiting, research new possibilities and suggest new ways to compete in the market for strategic impact.
  • Participate in additional projects to support our business scaling globally.

You Have:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in recruiting, love your craft and have experience with serving international customers
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems e.g. Workday
  • You believe recruiters are not robots and value human connections
