SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of three years’ recruitment experience. Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
• A positive, hard-working and ethical attitude is essential.
• A genuine desire to do business for the right reasons, with the best interests of all parties front of mind. This is a part of who we are.
• A Bachelor Degree – the degree may be substituted for 5+ years of recruitment experience.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to join our business on a hot desk, which is not a result of attrition, but rather movement and growth within the business.
As Senior Consultant, you will own and manage your desk with the assistance of the General Manager and the support of your peers. You will fulfil and 360-degree role, managing the process from booking meetings to taking briefs, advertising roles, networking, seeking referrals and managing the interview and offer process.
