Description:
Permanent People are working with a leading Glasgow recruitment business, who are looking to hire top recruitment talent for their teams across the professional services sectors.
In particular, they are very interested in high performing recruiters in the Scottish market who have a strong billing background in one of the following sectors:
- Accountancy & Finance
- HR
- Marketing & Sales
- Legal
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an established 360 recruitment professional to join a leading recruitment agency. You will have active clients to utilise as well as focussing on generating new leads to expand the company’s network and grow your own desk.
You will join a focused and collaborative team who have a genuine interest in their markets. They don’t have an overwhelming sales approach with strict KPI’s but instead focus on the services provided and relationships built.
This role is pivotal in our client’s business, and therefore offers exciting career progression opportunities.
About You:
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 2 years 360-recruitment experience in a professional services sector
- Strong billing track record, in either Permanent or Temp recruitment
- An articulate and intelligent individual who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- You are ambitious and self-motivated, you can work in a mature and flexible way
- You are competitive, driven, hard-working and resilient
