What will you be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings)
  • Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching for CVs on job boards & our own internal database plus social media channels
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates

Next Steps & Process

  • We have a 3-step interview process:
  • 1st stage is an initial telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team lasting approximately 15-20mins;
  • 2nd stage is a 50mins face-to-face interview the hiring manager;
  • 3rd stage is a face-to-face interview with a Director/Associate Director lasting c.40mins
  • We will share some of the questions before the interview as we are committed to helping candidates be as comfortable as possible so you can showcase yourself in the best way possible.
  • We expect the timescale for this 3-stage interview process to take approximately 5-7 working days
