Description:

SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT VMS – TORONTO

Robertson is looking for a goal-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to work in our fast-paced VMS environment to support our growing base of banking, techno-industrial and government clients.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Experience with VMS/MSP program delivery covering Canada and US markets
  • Experience with building and maintaining active and passive candidate networks/pipelines within an ATS and via social media
  • Proven active sourcing capabilities within LinkedIn, FB IG, Twitter, WhatsApp, and/or WeChat – as an individual and within groups
  • Experience analyzing and matching candidate experience to requisition must haves, quickly and efficiently
  • Strong expertise with sourcing techniques including search string optimization, association with niche groups etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years plus VMS/MSP recruiting experience managing MSP client relationships (at program coordinator level) including intake sessions, direct communication, managing all requests for interviews, extensions, background checks etc.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs – outreach, submits, network / pipeline building and placements
  • Excellent communication skills
