VALUED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Bring several years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, analysis, or a relevant area.
- Showcase strong attention to detail and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to think critically and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Exhibit proficiency in generating and interpreting data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making processes.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across departments, influencing strategic decisions and fostering teamwork.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements and regulations governing benefit programs.
- Possess experience with HRIS systems and benefit administration platforms, showcasing tech-savviness.
- Excel in both written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective conveyance of ideas and information.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into the details: Maintain a comprehensive schedule of benefits, ensuring every component is accounted for across our organization.
- Be a strategic partner: Support the renewal of benefit programs by conducting in-depth benchmarking and aligning with governance standards.
- Influence decision-making: Generate insightful reports and recommendations to guide strategic planning and budgeting processes.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Analyze market data to identify emerging trends and opportunities for enhancing our benefits offerings.
- Be a compliance champion: Ensure our benefits programs meet all legal requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate for success: Work closely with departments across the organization, from Legal and Finance to HR and Procurement, to influence and shape benefit program decisions.
- Deliver excellence: Partner with our HR Service Delivery Team to ensure smooth operations and seamless benefits delivery.
