JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our growing Revenue Operations team to help scale our Regional Operations team! In this role you will be a key partner to executive sales management in the EMEA and Commercial regions. This is a dynamic and exciting role with the ability to shape the direction of the sales department through your contributions. This will be a cross-functional role that provides an opportunity to collaborate across various business teams and functions including Sales Operations, FP&A, BI and Data Engineering teams developing strong relationships and streamlined collaboration.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations functions supporting Sales Leadership with Data and Analytics.
  • 5+ years Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM platform. Report building, distribution and hyenine.
  • Experience with Sales Compensation and Commissions process.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and deliver meaningful results.
  • Strong math skills & business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems using a logic-based approach.
  • Expert level Excel experience.
  • Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables.
  • Familiarity with SQL and reporting visualization tools like Tableau preferred.
  • 2+ years Experience with Anaplan or equivalent ERP tools preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytic support for weekly forecasting activities including collaboration with Sales Leadership on monthly commitments and SFDC hygiene.
  • Pipeline reporting, consolidation, target setting and enablement of sales leadership on reporting tools.
  • Primary partner to Sales Leadership for Ad Hoc analyses regarding any business challenge currently being faced. Relying on knowledge of existing data pathways and tools to deliver fast and veritable data and insights.

Strong familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NNACV, TCV, New vs Renew contracts etc.)

  • Point of contact for annual planning Territory and Quota activities such as territory carving, quota setting and headcount planning. Sales capacity modeling, Sales Activity Dashboard (Account Penetration Model), Sales Attainment reporting, New Logo reporting, Acceleration Plans & Customer Expansion Plans.
  • Take ownership of ongoing Segmentation improvements regarding firmographic additions, model enhancements and vertical breakouts. May include account shifts, splits and combinations.
  • QBR preparation and facilitation for all levels of supported sales management teams. Consolidating financials and reporting on standardized world-wide metrics.
