Description:

We are urgently recruiting an SENIOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (in Germany) for one of our clients. It is a well established and regulated financial institution operating since 2022. The company is looking for new team members to join their family due to fast global expansion.
The company is dealing with Instant Bank to Bank payments for e-commerce business in the EEA and UK. Specifically the company’s main area of expertise is Account to Account payments within the Open Banking ecosystem. “We are now more than 100 people in the group and are looking to double this number in the upcoming year.”
With offices in UK, Malta, Latvia and soon in Estonia the company welcomes to join their team onsite or remotely if you feel more comfortable and productive within your own personal space. This year is also planning to launch services in Canada, Brazil and Australia.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial products (open banking for low and medium risk customers) and services (KYC), as well as the local fintech industry landscape.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement regional plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the financial industry.
  • Networking skills to establish connections and partnerships in the fintech community.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely execution.
  • Existing network of e-commerce merchants in the EEA would be a significant advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identifying market trends and opportunities, and recommending strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Analyzing data and performance metrics to assess regional performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with other employees and departments such as head of sales, account managers, marketing, product development, and finance to achieve overall company goals.
  • Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness in the region.
