We are now calling on all Senior Regional Sales Manager Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team! REQUIREMENTS:

For this role, it is essential that have

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.

It will be considered a big plus if you:

  • International experience
  • Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups

Responsibilities:

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives in alignment with the overall OTO’s goals;
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales Specialists, and Sales Closing Executives to drive performance, motivation, and professional development;
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, monitor industry trends, and assess competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop sales forecasts;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Develop, monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams against targets, KPIs, and sales metrics, and take corrective actions as needed to optimize performance;
  • Develop and manage regional sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenses to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability;
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across the sales at OTO;
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success to align strategies, address OTO’s customer needs, and drive business growth;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales activities, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and uphold ethical standards in all business dealings;
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business insights for OTO’s weekly meeting for review and show development and growth;
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate actionable insights to support sales strategies and decision-making;
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging technologies through continuous learning, training, and professional development activities;
  • Any other duties as required by management.
