We are looking for a Senior Regional Trainer to join the HR Training department at our Head Office in Westville, Durban. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years recent experience in retail training, preferably in a Regional Trainer role
- NQF 5 with Assessor/Facilitator and Moderator certificate;
- Valid driver’s license – this is not negotiable
- Ability to travel extensively
- Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To identify and monitor training needs across regions, track and report on succession planning for key roles, and supervise the activities of all Regional Trainers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate a team of Regional Trainers to ensure that all training objectives are achieved
- Conduct training for employees and regional trainers
- Assess and moderate learnerships, skills, and operational training
- Identify and address training gaps within regions
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training and assessments
- Mentor and track the progress of learners
- Prepare and manage training schedules and logistics
- Oversee succession planning and staff supervision
