Description:
- Utilise your Administrative expertise to provide support and advice to the Justice Services branch
- An Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service
- VPS Grade 3: $74,580 - $90,558 plus superannuation.

- A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Registry Officer plays a vital role in administration.
SOME OF YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Assessing Corrections Victoria reports and other information received by the Board to ensure they are processed efficiently and with appropriate priority and are scheduled for consideration by an appropriate division of the Board
- Ensuring that all necessary relevant information about matters to be considered by the Board has been obtained and is filed correctly to enable informed decision-making by the Board
- Assisting the Registry Manager and Registry Coordinator to manage validation, assessment and quality assurance processes for electronic documents and files, including by reviewing files and recording and correcting errors.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills that will enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to operate departmental computer systems for word processing, internet and intranet browsing, Outlook email and calendar, PRISM, KOFAX and E*Justice
- The ability to lead, supervise and provide support to a team that will assist in promoting a team work environment.
