Reporting into the Canadian Head of Compliance (HOC), the Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the HOC in the implementation and ongoing oversight of the Canadian based Compliance regime including but not limited to performing regulatory filings, assisting with independent reviews or examinations, and conducting regulatory assurance reviews designed to ensure the program complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies. In addition, you will be responsible assisting in the oversight of the Financial Crime Compliance, ensuring that Xe’s products and services offered are in compliance with local regulatory obligations and the operations are consistent with regulatory requirements and conditions.
