You are highly skilled in engaging and communicating with customers and take genuine care in supporting their needs. You effectively build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders alike, acting as a critical conduit between the front line and support teams, thanks to your strong communication and interpersonal skills. You also have high attention to detail and the ability to be flexible, remain organised and multi-task in a busy role.
You bring an understanding of end-to-end lending processes, complex loan structuring and credit requirements and ideally experience with Agribusiness lending in the TAE $5 mil plus range.
You have experience with Agribusiness, OR a passion for and willingness to learn about rural and agri businesses and lending, and you are great at having sales conversations with customers that provide solution-based outcomes.

As a Senior Relationship Associate (Agribusiness) you’ll get to:

• Have a career pathway to become an Agribusiness Relationship Manager.
• Support a Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager and their customer portfolio, giving you exposure to our larger and more complex customers.
• Play a key mentoring and coaching role with new and more junior teammates.
• Gain exposure to a national operating model.
• Deepen existing customer relationships through understanding our customers’ needs and providing relevant solutions across all Agribusiness product suites.
• Onboard new customers, obtain all necessary information and documentation, complete the application form and look after all ongoing portfolio maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with our customers via phone and email, as well as having the opportunity to join in on customer visits - in line with our customer value proposition to make business personal.
