Senior Relationship Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry and demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex financial products and market conditions.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client value and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on client performance and progress to senior management.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all client interactions and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations.
