Job description

As the Senior Client Relations Manager, your role will involve:

  • Client Engagement and Retention: Develop, nurture, and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients hailing from the Middle East;
  • Client Events and Expansion: Organize and coordinate client events while strategically acquiring new clients from the Middle East market to expand the bank’s clientele;
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on the ever-evolving financial market landscape, enabling you to provide clients with informed guidance;
  • Investment Strategy Implementation: Play a pivotal role in executing the bank’s investment strategy, safeguarding the interests of clients;
  • Understanding and Customization: Carefully assess client needs and preferences, offering tailored financial, legal, and tax products and services;
  • Exemplary Service: Ensure the highest level of service quality, catering to the unique requirements of clients.???????

Profile

  • You possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in client development within the Middle East market;
  • You’re client focus and results-driven. You prioritize client satisfaction while maintaining a relentless drive to achieve tangible results;
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the full array of products typically sought by private clients;
  • You’re fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a strong asset.??????????????
