Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Reliability Officer.
This role plays a critical part in ongoing network success and reliability by monitoring and investigating causes of network faults and helping identify emerging trends impacting our performance and supply quality.
In this busy role you will initiate and support actions to identify these issues and make recommendations and changes accordingly. This role is also responsible for managing routine customer reliability enquiries, delivering fault follow-up repair programs, and investigating and completing reliability incident reporting functions.
A permanent role that can be based at any of our depots across Victoria!

What you’ll deliver:

  • Drive continuous improvements through producing reports that identify areas where Network reliability projects are required, and develop minor and medium projects to improve reliability
  • Record 66kv all outage events and report performance accordingly
  • Monitor and support the delivery of fault follow-up repair activities
  • Lead site incident investigations relating to reliability incidents
  • Prepare and submit appropriate reporting to internal and external bodies on incidents relating to the network
  • Actively participate in achieving customer satisfaction reliability survey targets
  • Manage individual customer queries and complaints

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

  • Certificate of Technology (Electrical)/Certificate IV Electrical/Associate Diploma Electrical Engineering or equivalent tertiary-based qualification
  • Solid working experience years in a technical based role (preferably in reliability of an electrical distribution network)
  • Working experience in the monitoring and management of network performance
  • Experience in incident management and reporting as per business Incident Reporting requirements
