Senior/Relocation Consultant

• Support Senior Manager, Sales with day-to-day sales activity, follow-up and sales related correspondence.
• Surveyor for International and domestic household goods move.
• Estimating of volume and weight of shipment.
• Calculation of Origin, Freight & Destination Charges.
• Preparation of Quotation.
• Follow up once quotation is issued to ensure that the job is booked.
• Issue Work Order to Operation/Traffic when job is booked.
• Other primary functions to would be to enlarge the clientele base.
• Report all sales activities planned and executed on a daily and weekly basis through computer generated Activity reports, written sales activity reports, as well as verbally during the weekly Sales Meeting.
• Prepare a detailed Needs Analysis for each new and prospective client as well as existing clients which have been “given” to you by Santa Fe Singapore.
• Cooperate with your fellow sales team members by providing information on their respective clients as available.
• Attend functions and networking sessions.
• Be prepared to entertain clients over lunch, dinner and on weekends if necessary.
• Attend to any duty and assume any responsibility as directed as and when required by management.
