Description:

In this role you will be working as a senior specialist in the Group Remuneration & Reporting department, that is part of the Group People & Culture division.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Gender Pay Gap analysis to promote pay equity and remove gender bias
- Identifying and address any disparities across the organization related to compensation
- Administration of compensation plans, including supporting HR Business Partners in salary reviews and compensation determination
- Developing, implementing and maintaining competitive compensation programs that align with the company’s overall strategy and goals
- Providing guidance to HR colleagues and management in compensation-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations governing compensation practices
